Dear Member, We are writing to you to inform you of the increased membership rates for the new season with the Boys & Girls membership increasing by €30 per player from €330 to €360.This is to cover the increased costs for both referee fees and the hire of extra training facilities to ensure all teams get 2 training sessions per week.
We have also moved away from the 5 instalments option. This was causing a major administration task for the club as we now have over 700 members, with some instalment options not completing until the end of the season. By reducing it to 3 instalments for families with 1 child in the club and 4 instalments for families with more than 1 child in the club, this should ensure all payments are complete by the end of the year.
The first payment is also increased to help cover the cost of players gear & the purchase of all equipment needed to run teams during the season. This is the most expensive time of the season, as I am sure it is for all members, but this is the only way we can manage the finances of the club and ensure we pay all suppliers on time.
The membership option for our senior players has the upfront payment to cover their gear & insurance. A weekly option is used there as senior players come and go from the club much more frequently, and it is the best way for the club to monitor their membership. If you have any further queries on the club membership, please send an email to kilnamanaghafc@gmail.com & we will respond to your query.
We apologies for the delay in issuing this letter, it was meant to be issued in July, but due to technical issues it wasn’t sent on time. Yours in Sport, Kilnamanagh AFC Committee
